Returns:

Custom manufactured models are not returnable unless broken. The broken model will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. We must be notified of any problems with the model within 24 hours of the shipment receipt.

We will gladly accept returns for unopened merchandise (other than custom manufactured models) for a full refund (minus any shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse. Please call us for an RMA number before shipping us a box with a note.

Defective merchandise can be returned to us within 30 days of shipment from our warehouse for a full refund or exchange.

ALL returns must include the original or a copy of the original invoice that will be included in the box we ship to you.
